Participation in the VI International Congress “Education, Environment and Development” (VI CIEAD)

Boli and Renée participated in the VI International Congress “Education, Environment and Development” (VI CIEAD), which was held in Leiria (Portugal) 13-15 November, 2024. We gave the following talks:

- Education for global citizenship as a European challenge: the Spanish case.

- ECIGAL and the mapping of experiences in Global Citizenship Education.

- Communicating climate emergency in secondary school through textbooks

We met (or resumed contact with) people doing very interesting work in the field of Environmental Education at the international level, especially in Europe and Latin America, and we discussed possibilities for collaboration. A very enriching experience!
