General information

A cookie is a file that is downloaded to your computer when you access a certain website. Cookies allow that website, among other things, to store and retrieve information about a user’s browsing habits or their equipment and, depending on the information they contain and the way in which you use your device, can be used to recognise the user and improve the service offered.

Types of cookies

UDC uses its own and third-party cookies, which may be functionality cookies or analytical or performance cookies. The use of these cookies allows us to optimise your browsing, adapting the information and services offered to your interests, in order to provide you with a more agile and intuitive experience. The cookies are associated solely with an anonymous user and their computer/device and do not provide references that allow us to know personal data.

A cookie specific to the FEDERICO system, which is proprietary to the UDC and used for the authentication of teaching staff, is used specifically on the PDI record to modify the information relating to the photo and/or summary of their record.
