Participation in the VI International Congress on Education, Environment and Development (VI CIEAD)

Boli and Renée participated in the VI International Congress on Education, Environment and Development (VI CIEAD), held in Leiria (Portugal) from 13 to 15 November 2024. We gave the following talks:

• Education for global citizenship as a European challenge: the case of Spain
• ECIGAL and the mapping of experiences of Global Citizenship Education
• Communicating the climate emergency in secondary schools through textbooks

We met (or reconnected with) people doing very interesting work in the field of Environmental Education at an international level, especially in Europe and Latin America, and we discussed possibilities for collaboration. A very enriching experience!
