Continuing the previous project, two objectives remain: to understand and recognise the Global Citizenship Education experiences taking place in Galician schools and, at the same time, to promote reflection on the meaning and practice of this approach in order to improve it. Social mapping continues to be proposed as a research-action methodology, with the intention of taking the cartographic workshop for mapping experiences to different locations across Galicia.
The pandemic situation interrupted this process, leading us to concentrate our efforts on creating a digital map of GCE experiences in Galician schools. This map is an interactive tool that allows the geolocation of experiences from both the involved teachers and the promoting or collaborating social entities.
