III Seminar on Prison Education

From the Socio-Cultural Animation Plan which we are developing in collaboration with the Aliad Ultreia association and the SEPA-interea group from the USC, we are promoting the 3rd Seminar on Prison Education, in this edition focusing on participation in prison.
It will be held on 28 October at the Faculty of Education at the USC.

Jordi Enjuanes and Susana Gracia, from Lledoners Prison, are invited to speak to us about the Participation and Coexistence Model that is being implemented in Catalan prisons, followed by a more practical session where we will address strategies to encourage participation in prison, from prisoners, their families and the wider community.
In the afternoon, the Galician Network for Prison Education (REGAEP), of which we are also a part, is organising a round table discussion on participation and volunteering in penal centres.
